SCOTTISH SOCIETY OF THE DESERT MEMBERSHIP 2009-2010

Fellow Scots of the Desert, it’s that time of year again when dues are due.
Dues are $10 per person per year. Dues are used to fund our events each year.
This is tax deductible as we are registered as a non-profit organization.

We are growing and need your help to be on committee positions, organize our events program or just to attend our monthly lunch meetings with speaker series.

• We promote 3 Dinners each year, Saint Andrews on December 5th, Robert Burns Supper on January 30th and Tartan Day Dinner on April 3rd.
• We have monthly member lunches with a speaker.
• We notify members of Scottish Events in the Valley or in Southern California.
  (You will receive invites to all meetings and events.)
• Also encouragement to help us “provide a social forum for people from Scotland or Scottish descent to meet one another and nurture their heritage and relationships through club activities and community involvement.”
